We went to view 2 mattresses. One was only available on line the other was in the store. We went to place an order and were offered a mattress protector but this was not available in store.

There is long wait for delivery date .plus I was not asked for assemble service for that reason they could not update my order in store or next day .I will call customers service to amend my order now.

Callum was polite, knowledgable and skilful, but I ended up spending double what I had in mind, and could've go are trained to high standards in a ne for cheaper options but trusted his opinion.I do respect that sales professionals may have targets to meet and are trained to high standards, and that is apparent in a competitive market.I would recommend Dreams but next time I may shop around first as I was advised to buy a specific bed from you.Overall I'm happy, and thank you for asking.

Couldn't try the exact mattress on the exact bed (which is adjustable). Expensive, although one of the cheaper prices seen.

It took a while to get hold of the one member of staff who had the most knowledge and best customer service skills as he was busy serving other customers. The other member of staff serving me was not as knowledgeable or had that level of customer service skills.

Our saleperson Callum was efficient friendly and welcoming. We felt confident that we were directed to the best matress for our needs and that we were given the best price possible. (although we would hav eprefered a slightly larger discount). We asked that he give us a good reason to make the purchase on this visit rather than shopping around, and he did that.

Moving into my new flat and needed it delivered on the day of the move, but was told it was not possible but there no attempt to find out if it could be done by either a phone call or other method as contact, as other shops in the area at least tried to find a solution.

I waa satisfied. I guess to be highly satisfied it would of needed to be super extra. Joanna your staff member could not have been more helpful
