Caroline who served us was an excellent sales assistant. Attentive, informative, caring of our needs, and helpful. We had coffee, were tested on the special beds to get the correct mattress ie firm medium or soft. GIVEN CHOICES IN PRICE RANGE. Very happy with our choice. Caroline looked after us she was extremely informative. She allowed my Dad to test out the machine to see what mattress would suit him best. She helped him narrow down his choices and select the perfect mattress, she even made us drinks. I would most definitely recommend.

Came in to buy a bed frame, mattress, and headboard. Got all 3 with ease and helped by a lovely member of staff called Simona. Even got a lovely cup of tea!

We entered the store not really knowing what we were looking for. Fran, one of the shop assistants approached us to ask if we needed help. She showed us to a Breadwin measured how we slept and recommended specific mattresses for us. He then showed us the options and let us try out these beds. He was very patient with us as we took time deciding what we liked. He also gave us some space when taking about options and didn’t pressure us into anything. Fran also advised us on some pillow options. He had very good knowledge. He was friendly and approachable and made our shopping experience very pleasant. Thankyou.

The customer service advisor who.dealt with me was excellent not at all pressuring me, yet was extremely helpful in explaining to me when.i asked about products, excellent excellent excellent all round employee, wish every store had guy like him make shopping a pleasure not a chore excellent
