A little disappointed with the amount of time I have to wait for the mattress to be delivered. The information the salesman wasn't 100% correct: he told me the bed cover plan, covered the mattress for everything for 8 years, having read the details there are certain things only covered for 5 years he also gave me 2 Pillow Talk Share Your Experience cards and said I could fill out 2 questionnaires, one as someone who made a purchase and one as someone who didn't - upon filling out this questionnaire, this is not the case.

Although the service and quality was excellent the price of various options was not mentioned as we went through the process, it was only at the very end when a product had been selected that the cost was mentioned. An improved experience would result in selecting beds both on suitability and feel, coupled with the knowledge of the price while going through selection
