Dreams - Watford

Both bed and mattress we were looking at were available for us to see and try. Assistant v helpful and told us about 0% finance deal, as well as the ability to keep the product for up to 3 months until we are ready to have it delivered.

Caroline at the Watford branch was extremely helpful! She greeted us, made us feel welcome. Didn't pressurise us but simply offered information on products. The product knowledge for myself as a first time buyer was great! The friendliness of all staff in the branch and them going the extra mile with treats for customers (mini eggs for Easter as well as sweets) were a great added extra. Also it was very clear in terms of price, finance options and everything was explained. The value added by this great customer service was great! Would definitely come back for anything else I need!

The sales assistant helped us make our choice with his very good product knowledge. We took time to test various beds and didn't feel under pressure to make any rash decisions.

We found what we were looking for and had good service

we were shopping for ottoman beds and was served by an assistant by the name of Shayak. I can honestly say I have worked in Retail for a long time and have never been so impressed with the service I received today. Shayak had extremely good knowledge of his products he was selling, a polite manner (not pushy) and actually looked liked he enjoyed his job, this really came through when serving us. The most helpful assistant I have come across in a long time and Dreams should be very proud to have him as part of their team. overall the experience was pleasant.
