Dreams - Watford

I was unsure what I was looking for ; the Salesman Shah (I believe was his name) in Watford was excellent. Not pushy at all and understood that I wanted to look at other shops before making my final decision. Of course I returned to Dreams shortly after as they offered the best advise, tea, and product. The bed delivery time was excellent just over a week (it is being delivered on Monday) I expected at least a month. I hope the delivery and install of bed matches the services I have received in store.

I have never in my life experienced better customer service!

Steve was very knowledgeable about both the products and how to find the right mattress to support both my husband and myself. He made everything very easy and was as helpful as possible, without making us feel pressured or over-crowded.

We was allowed to browse without being pressured by a sales person. When we required help the lady was very informative and helpful and once we made our decision the sale was closed quickly without any problems

Steve the person that helped us at your Watford store was incredibly helpful. Sounded as if he has 50 years experience on beds not just a salesman. His knowledge gave me confidence in the right choice of mattress and then purchased on the spot due to Steve.

We were kindly assisted by Shah from the Watford branch who was very knowledgable and attentive to our needs. He made us test a number of mattresses and was never pushy as we had found with a number of other stores. In the end it was his honesty and assurance of the product that we returned to the store and asked for Shah to order our item.
