Dreams - Watford

Very straight forward and polite service. Our Sales Assistant, Hemal was helpful, polite yet not intrusive. He had the perfect balance. I work in Retail and was surprised at the excellent service at Dreams.

Assistant approached me immediately i I entered the shop, I explained my needs and she was extreamley helpful in every way & I purchased a bed and pilllows etc. and look forward to having a good nights sleep.

Steve, the salesman wasnt at all pushy. we told him what we needed and he took us to the option of beds we needed. He even made us a cup of tea in a china cup too! we had to go home to check measurements and returned to the store where we had to change our minds for the first option . However Steve was very helpful.

I was highly satisfied because the Assistant really understood my needs and was able to give me great advice. He had very good knowledge of beds and mattresses. he gave me plenty of time to chose and was extremely professional

The salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. He managed to secure a discount for our purchase despite us missing the deadline for an offer that had been available the previous day. The mattress we purchased was then delivered 2 days later, which was much quicker than we had envisaged. Overall we are very happy.

A chap called Martin was very friendly gave us good information and allowed us time and space to try everything in store. It was well organized and the amount of options was excellent. Perfect shopping experience

Shayak (Watford branch) was so helpful, great knowledge and a fantastic personality. He really does outshine the other salesmen in the showroom, as I had been for several visits before actually placing my order over the bank holiday weekend. After years of working in several service industries, I find excellent customer service hard to come across and Shayak's customer service was second to none, and he deserved a promotion and huge pay rise :)

Martin served me on two occasions including the purchase. He was attentive and knowledgeable and I was very happy with the service i received.

We were served by Roy and he was extremely attentive without being imposing and provided us with the information and assistance we required. The store manager George was also humerous and friendly making our purchasing experience fun and easy.
