Immediate service and as soon as we described what we were looking for, we were shown exactly what we wanted and told all the options, prices and descriptions of mattresses by Hemal. He answered all of our questions clearly and informatively. We were given a range of early delivery dates to suit our needs and literally left after less than half an hour in the store highly satisfied.

On just looking extremely helpful no pressure then on going back after visiting other stores even more helpful felt at ease and made it a pleasant experience

We entered the store before opening times because the doors opened. George offered us tea and coffee straight away then left us to wander. At no time was anyone pushy. I didn't feel any pressure to buy

Fundamentally, shopping at Dreams was made pleasant by your representative, Steve. He was polite and knowledgeable and I was not pressed to make a purchase. He seemed comparatively engaging when compared to his colleagues and was open and jokey. Additionally the store layout was good and the range of beds was impressive compared to other competitor stores. Within 45 minutes I had placed an order. I think I would probably go back to Dreams in future to buy another mattress.
