we dealt with Shayak at dreams in Watford, he was very helpful and professional and gave us the personal space that we needed when trying out different beds. overall an easy process and would go back and deal with shayak again. 10/10

Walking through the door at the Watford store was daunting, there were so many beds to choose from, Steve was great and explained everything in detail, he listened to us and he really help us to make a decision on the right bed for us

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. The team were friendly and very informative of the beds and mattresses. We didn't know what kind of mattress we wanted so the sales assistant described the mattresses in detail and left us to try them out. We never felt pressurised at any time. We would certainly go back to Dreams and highly recommend them.
