The staff were extremely friendly, offering us refreshments and dealing with our order in an efficient and timely way. The assistant's explanation of the various mattress available was extremely helpful.

I had never been into a Dreams store but was pleasantly surprised by the layout and choice of beds. I was served by a very helpful lady named Caroline who listened to my requirements and took her time showing me the various choices. She was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The staff at Watford and especially the manager George were very helpful, my wife was 8 months pregnant and they bent over backwards to accommodate us and our needs for our new mattress. Top marks.

We visited the first time and got to know what we wanted. When we returned we were greeted by a sales rep who was more than helpful knoweledable and very freindly which made our visit and purchase a pleasure. We would defiatley go see the same person again.
