Dreams - Watford

We walked in to the store with no idea what specific bed we were looking for. We were approached by a lovely man called Steve, we told him that we just wanted a comfy bed and he helped us by showing and explaining all the different types of beds we could choose. He made us feel very comfortable, getting fully onto the beds and telling us what we should look out for posture wise. We were offered hot and cold refreshments throughout the visit and I had a lovely coffee. We were in the store for about 2 hours in the end, but we weren't made to feel rushed or pressured to buy anything by anyone. Steve just let us make our own decision and once we had decided he was there to help us through the purchase. He clearly explained all the finance options to us and we chose the one that was right for us. The delivery went really quickly and smoothly. Overall , extremely please with my visit!

Caroline at the dreams store in Watford was very helpful. She explained the different types of mattresses to me which is what i was unsure about. She took the time to take me round the store to try the different mattresses and showed me to the right ones accordingly. The price was good and the Store Manager (Think his name was John) was also very accommodating making sure the price i was paying was satisfactory an to my budget. The only thing that I would of changed is the delivery time for my bed, i made my order on Saturday 2nd January and thought my bed could be delivered by the Saturday 23rd of January which changed after i made my order and cannot be delivered till Saturday 6th February - i would have appreciated if there was something else that could have been done to get this delivered any sooner. Saying this Caroline was very apologetic about this and i appreciate the delivery is out of their hands. overall happy with my visit to the Dreams store in Watford.

I explained what I was looking for and they advised me on the best options. Gave me time to think and look at everything and explained everything in full. Shayak was very polite and efficient.

I was highly satisfied mainly due to the speed of assistance that we receive and how the salesman knew exactly what would suit me and my partner without asking all together that many questions.

We were highly satisfied with our experience as the colleague that assisted us helped us with choosing the bed and the perfect mattress. I was worried about getting the right mattress but the colleague helped me choose the perfect one for my bad back.
