Dreams - Watford

I was given all the assistance I needed by a very nice person called Martin.. I tried the beds and was even given a pillow like I use at home ...he explained all the different types of mattresses for me to choose with no hassle ..and to top it all he made me a coffee ,fab assistance and I brought my mattress .Thankyou sweet dreams !!

The assistant Caroline was not only helpful but very attentive with my two children too. She helped me from start to finish, answering all my questions too.

We got assistance as soon as we asked and the advisor stayed with us and helped us throughout our visit finding out what are needs were and helping us to satisfy them. He was very knowledgeable about the products and patient whilst we made up our minds. He didnt rush us and ensured that we were happy with our decision. He explained everything we asked even when it came to payment and delivery dates. We were very happy with all aspects of our visit. Thank you.

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and thorough and made sure I understood everything about my order. He made me aware of the possible savings I could make if I add extras to my order (eg insurance, half price bedding ect) which I am thankful for as i managed to walk out of Dreams with not only a new mattress buy everything I needed to go with it and saved alot of money in the process.

Staff were very prompt with service all staff were serving so they went and got store manager who served me
