Friendly service, not overbearing

Roy was really good. No hard sale and was knowledgeable about the beds.

Plenty of staff on hand to help, didn't feel pressured into making a purchase.

I had only popped into Dreams to look into buying a new bed but on speaking to the assistant Roy I decided to purchase one that day. He was so nice and patient and obviously knew his job. I was on my own at the time and he did not rush me and did not push me into my decision. It really was a pleasure to shop in Dreams. My bed is not due to be delivered until the 25th Feb and I hope I will be as satisfied with the deliver service and the new bed. If all your staff are like Roy you give a great service.

Received an excellent service from a friendly & knowledgeable assistant. Didn't feel pressured into buying a product and the assistant gave us good advice and information.

The staff member was very helpful and got us the delivery date we needed and made the experience very smooth and efficient. I cannot remember his name but the person who survived was so great
