Dreams - Watford

The lovely Shahid welcomed us almost immediately. Even offering us refreshments. So helpful and didn't mind up and down to different beds etc. My sister and I had a lovely time. All the assistants were so friendly. Having such a lovely afternoon I went and forgot to ask about taking bed etc away.

Stephen was very knowledgable about the products, took time to understand our needs and showed us products tailored to our needs and budget. The cup of tea was nice and the fact that we arrived close to the closing time didn't phase Stephen now did he rush through our needs. He was a highly competent salesman - listened, took time to understand our needs, helped us to understand comparisons, didn't try to up sell, simply helped us to understand the price range we needed to be in for our needs.

I was not jumped on by the salesman but left to look but he was not far when I had a question and he was very helpful

We had understood that the style of the customer assistance at Dreams was both direct and unobtrusive. That was so - the sales people were knowledgeable (as we checked by asking the same questions of two different ones on separate visits), answered our questions and withdrew to allow us to make our own decisions. There was a little sales "hype", but not much. The quality of the product and the options for purchase were therefore able to speak for themselves, and we felt able to respond.

Staff were friendly and helpful, they showed us the possibles and explained the differences and then gave us space to try them and chat without standing over us.
