friendly approachable staff, not pushy

Very attentive and remembered us from previous visit.

Staff were fine however the charge for taking the old bed was rather high

Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me advice without being pushy. He explained things simply and asked if I had any questions.

I was served when I asked, not pounced on. I was left to browse once I had had an explaination of options I did not feel pressured at any time

The sales assistance was very polite and cheerful, she approached me within a few seconds of arriving in the shop. She listerened to my requirement and understtod them. Asked what my budget was and we discussed the options. Very helpful

We received amazing customer service. We were not pounced on and left to discuss our needs between us. We explained what we wanted and were shown a few option, then left to have a look around the store. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the whole experience.

Very pleased with the service. Friendly & attentive without being overbearing. Steve told us about additional products (insurance etc) but wasn't overly pushy. So pleased that dreams sell 'subject to completion of house purchase contract' as it meant I could sort my bed out without being tied in.

Great customer service from Roy. I am in sales myself so know the tricks of the trade. However he was very welcoming, knowledgable and most importantly not a typical pushy salesman. Was there when we wanted anything. Really happy.

The person helping us, Roy, was extremely helpful. Did not pressure us at all and explained all that we were buying and seemed like he was giving us a great deal. Very genuine.
