Went into the store a month ago and the product that I wanted was not in stock. The friendly assistant Caroline took my name and number to inform me of when the product would be back in stock but unfortunately I visited Carpet Right the same day and saw a bedframe and mattress that I purchased. When Caroline called me a couple of weeks later I had already made my purchase. I visited the store again today because the mattress that I purchased from Carpet Right was very uncomfortable and I am unable to exchange. I immediately thought of going back to Dreams because of Caroline and her mannerism and her knowledge and purchased another mattress today. She understood my dilemma and tried to find a delivery date for me as soon as possible. Caroline explained about their 40 night trial which is such a fantastic service, if I only knew this earlier as unfortunately I should have waited on Dreams as I am now stuck with an uncomfortable mattress from Carpet Right that I no longer need.

I visited a few Dreams stores and found your store in Watford suited my needs best. The choice was more varied, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable and offered help with everything.
