Both members of staff that I had the pleasure of encountering (Caroline and George) were friendly and knowledgeable, and they gave me plenty of time to make my decisions. Finally, they accommodated my price range with a generous discount on another product that was available that day, but was more expensive. Very impressed with their customer care.

We spend quite a long time trying various mattresses. Amir was very friendly and extremely helpful without putting any pressure on us to make a purchase. He even gave me a cup of rather good coffee. Highly recommended.

Martin my adviser was extremely good not pushy near his staff very understanding as I change my mind a few times and he didn't get the hump

We were given just the right amount of freedom to browse without being harassed by staff yet when we looked as though we wanted help the staff were there immediately, they were helpful without being pushy

Availability of staff and good product knowledge

I found Hemal was excellent. He knew his products very well and where they were in store & found him very helpful & professional.

we explained exactly what we were looking for and were showed a few options we found what we were looking for with second bed we were showed so I feel he understood what we wanted which made the purchase easy, was very helpful with explaining things and showing different options also delivery was only 3 days so we were very pleased overall.

The assistant, Roy, was clearly knowledgeable about the products and showed us exactly what we wanted, without being pushy, and by standing back while we discussed it privately.

I'm highly satisfied Caroline was so help full thank you Caroline for the nice cup of tea
