Dreams - Watford

I had gone to Dreams with the sole purpose of purchasing the same bed that I have slept in for the last ten or so years with great comfort, The assistant I had was most helpful and suggested I tried other beds. I then tried one which did feel very comfortable and the assistant told me that if I felt it was not satisfactory, I could return it and purchase another one. I am not moving for three weeks so it will be a little while before the bed is delivered, at which time I will choose the best bed for me. The assistant was very, very helpful and most polite,

member of staff had detail knowledge of products and the suitability of the product to customers' frame and their pocket.

I had previously been into the dreams in hemel where a colleague had helped me chose a mattress specific for my needs as I have had spinal surgery. She showed great product knowledge and understood my needs. I then went to the Watford store to view base options as I was informed the showroom was bigger with more selection. I was very happy with this as felt like they weren't just trying to get a sale from me but wanted me to be sure with my purchase. I wanted a king size ottoman and I was shown all my options and price packages to suit me were discussed too. Overall an extremely helpful and enjoyable experience. I had my two year old daughter with me and all of the colleagues in the Watford store helped entertain her whilst I was in there for over an hour and a half. Normally I end up running out of shops as she gets distressed very quickly. They were so patient and very understanding. We both came away very happy, myself with a new bed and her with a balloon!

Our sales assistant Caroline was extremely helpful. Explained alot of detail on not only the bed we were looking at but showed us others within our category and also was extremely helpful when looking at the mattresses - so helpful that we even brought new pillows. We had an issue with the height of our roof, as our bedroom is in the eves of a roof - Caroline helped us measure and assist us with our queries. We returned the next day after measuring back home the exact size of the bed and was extremely happy to deal with Caroline again. We saved so much money we even purchased the service plan on Caroline's recommendation.

I was highly satisfied because I did not feel under any pressure to buy, I was given space and time to make my own decision, the assistant was there on hand when I needed to ask any questions. It was a cold, wet, miserable day and when we entered the store we were offered coffee and when, eventually after a long time being in the store, I made the purchase, the staff were funny and made us laugh, it was such a relaxed and happy atmosphere.

Were left to browse but looked after well

We came into the store with the intention of purchasing a mattress on that day, but we were concerned that the mattress might not be comfortable, as I have back difficulties. Martin, the salesman encouraged to try different mattresses and advised us to avoid some because of firmness etc. He did not try to rush us, but we really did appreciate his advice.

The assistant was very helpful and soon understood what we were looking for. There were some wonderful products it was rather easy to choose our mattress and pillow we quickly found some amazing quality mattresses and we have recommended it to some friends and family.

The staff member that assisted me with my order, Steve, was so lovely. He was knowledgeable and friendly. It took no time at all to place my order. A great asset to your team!

Was helped thoughout by a sales person and shown different headboards designs as requested by myself and shown different colours for the bed.
