Layout of the store is good making it easy to find what you're looking for. Staff were friendly and helpful without being overly pushy.

Given time to look around on our own and wasn't followed around by sales staff. we were greeted when we first went in and told where the different types of bed were and offered and drink then left on our own which we like.

The advisers made themselves available but then pulled away when we needed time by ourselves. Shah answered our questions precisely but did not push anything. He also looked at the best mattress and did not try to sell us the most expensive. This made us feel comfortable and confident that we were being treated properly.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, we were treated like we were the only people in the store. The manager also assisted us with finding our perfect bed. Highly recommended.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and given very helpful advice for choosing the right bed for us. We did not feel under pressure to buy which made a big difference compared to some other stores.

Roy who served me and my wife was friendly and took us straight to the product we were asking about and explained the differences and prices, and the offers, also checked if we required pillows etc, but didn't push an extra sale. Roy also gave an extra discount to match one of your competitors
