The assistant was very helpful and she even moved the mattress we were looking at onto a different base so we could see how different it would feel

We have been offered good services in terms of explaining products, their pros and cons, justified the price and technology used to manufacture it.

I a NOT happy doing this ridiculous questionnaire. Why does every purchase one makes expect you to waste time doing this? My assistant was good. It was only a bedhead for goodness sake. I am ONLY filling it in to show you how brassed off customers feel with this trait which is so widespread.

Martin was very helpful and made the entire experience very easy and enjoyable.

Shah gave great advise and good customer service

The colleague that dealt with us, Shah Choudrey, was well informed on the products, spent time explaining them, wasn't at all pushy and did us a good deal.

The sales-person was immediately available. He gave un-divided and un-hurried attention to us. He went to lengths to arrange things for us to try-out different mattresses. He was knowledgeable, and gave good explanations of technical things. He was good at working-out discounted price as well

Person who served us was very helpfull without hovering and very knowledgeable

We received as much attention as we needed and supplied with coffee whilst waiting. We were not pressured at all.
