the customer service assistant, Shayak, was very helpful and helped me to get the right bed we wanted

I was assisted by amia and he addressed my daughter with courtesy and fun as she was getting her first double bed fir her 15th birthday.

Shayak was incredibly helpful and informative, we dealt with on both occasions we visited the store he remembered us including which mattress we were looking at

I had spent a long time searching for a bed across various stores but finally found "the one" at Dreams. Mazz was also extremely helpful and friendly.
