The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and welcoming not pushy, giving us several choices and recommendations to suit our requirements. We were acknowledge on entering the store and approach soon after offering the help we needed.

We were welcome into the store by Caroline, who gave us some really excellent advice without being pushy. She was very polite, helpful and informative. We were also given a cup of much appreciated tea. We have already recommended your store to others and will definitely be back ourselves. Many thanks to you and Caroline.

The person who dealt with my order was very knowledgeable and professional. I knew exactly which product I wanted when I came to the store but Steve spent time ensuring I had made the right choice and most importantly, did not try to pressure sell me all the extras

Caroline the assistant , pointed us in the direction of our discussed needs and allowed us time to make decisions without any pressure. This we found very refreshing and would not normally make a final decision so early but we where confidant in what we where shown and her attitude, so making a purchase on the day felt correct.

The sakes guy was friendly and understanding of my mother's needs. He was informative but put no pressure on us. He was so helpful too.

Good assistant, knowledgable and sense of humour

No hard sell, no rush, was made to feel comfortable, the sales person, understood my ask and then gave me a choice that suited my needs. Left me to take my time, checked back at intervals and even brought me a coffee. A very pleasant experience.
