On every visit we were greeted and welcomed by the staff offered coffee/tea etc which we accepted. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and without being pushy were always on hand to answer any questions and offer advice. We would recommend dreams furniture store to all of our friends and family and will be returning with any future purchases we require. Overall cannot recommend this store enough we were highly satisfied with the service we received. Our salesman Shayak was fantastic.

My assistant was knowledgeable and helpful and encouraged me to take my time to be sure which of the matresses was more suitable to my needs. She introduced me to the new product that I actually purchased.

I was looking for a bed to replace my current one. I currently use a Tempur mattress but felt I couldn't afford buying a new one so I was looking for something as as possible within my budget. I spoke to Caroline and I explained I'd had severe back problems in the past and didn't want to spend hundreds of pounds to find my back didn't take to it. She explained about the comfort guarantee and that settled my mind. I had decided on a gel mattress divan set. Caroline quoted me for that but also the Tempur cloud divan set. I was grateful for this because that was what I really wanted. She then showed me I could easily afford the Tempur divan set by using the 0% offer. I'm so excited for this and thanks to Caroline I am getting the bed I really wanted. She even stayed late after he shift finished on the day I ordered, so I could get there after work. She was very friendly and genuine and I'm glad I went to Dreams and not furniture village!!!

The Salesman was very helpful and answered all our questions then left us to browse and make our decisions. When we had decided we called the salesman back over and without any undue pressure from him we made our purchase. We have now had our mattress delivered, on time and the delivery chaps were quick and very curtious it made the whole experience a real pleasure.
