Walked into the store and looked around with any hassle and when we needed some assistance it was given quickly with a very friendly attitude. Brilliant.

The assistant was helpful and quick.

Martin was unbelievably knowledgeable, was attentive without being pushy, extremely patient in what is an important decision based upon the amount of time you spend sleeping. Nothing was too much trouble. He carefully explained all the options available to us regarding payment, delivery and collection of old mattress.

Shah was very helpful, welcomed us with hot drinks and quickly gained an understanding of an ongoing spinal issue from which I suffer.

Amir was very helpful and friendly, and had the perfect balance of always being on hand if we had questions but also giving us time and space to discuss and think about our purchase. The store was impeccably clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't feel pressured to make a choice then and there which helped to make the decision a lot easier for us. Brilliant customer service also included being offered tea or coffee (which was lovely, by the way!) straight away.

I found Shar a delight, and with a great sense of humour, as all the team had at dream world, a fun experience.

Thanks to the care taken by Steve to understand our requirements we are very happy with our purchase and are looking forward to it being delivered.

Caroline who helped me choosing the mattress, and telling me about mattresses, was extremely helpful. She provided coffee for my daughter and myself, which was nice, and all in all she provided a very good service. I am very satisfied with the service. Thank you.
