We were served by Shayak. A terrific, likeable ambassador of your firm, he was extremely knowledgable and courteous. He clearly knew his product and made us totally relaxed and valued. It was a pleasure to be a customer of Dreams. We made a point of asking to see the manager of the store to explain our appreciation for the service we had just received from Shayak.

The assistant discussed our particular requirements and made several very pertinent suggestions.

Martin was very friendly and helpful - answering all questions asked and assisting with the final choice of product. He also completed the order and payment without any hassle. He even made us both a cup of coffee.

soon after walking around the store I was approach by a member of staff who asked if I needed any help, I thought this was very good customer service, he gave me time to look around. A short while after Caroline approach me and helped me identify what I needed, she was very knowledgeable and offered great service. She helped me select the bed I needed and gave me speedy service, very impressed.

The person that assisted was very helpful and thankfully not pushy. Giving me the opportunity to try out different options to make a comparison and explaining the differences.
