Dreams - Watford

I found a bed I liked but it wasn't ideal because the storage was drawers and wouldn't fit well In my small room. One of the staff- Iain managed to quickly find us a very similar bed with an ottoman storage, which was ideal! He was also able to offer us it in the exact same colour as the one I originally wanted! Very satisfied!

The Lady who attended to us was brilliant she took her time in explaining to us the various products and gave us time to think about it. She was not in our face

High level of service given by staff, and flexible charging policy .

Two of us customers came near the end of a Friday evening and received fantastic service from Caroline and Nathan . they gave a lot of useful information, remained patient and attended to all of our questions and needs. They ended up closing late but there was no feeling of being rushed out pressurised. Thanks!

caroline met us as soon as we walked into the store, talked us through the different products and showed us round, then sat us down and offered me and my partner a drink and to relax while she sat us down and placed our order.

Served the way we wanted

I found it very refreshing that I was left alone to browse the products in the store without being hassled by sales assistants. They gave me space and time to look at things in my own time and I never felt badgered in anyway. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
