I had visited the store a few weeks before and felt a bit overwhelmed by the array of choice and many questions from the sales advisor so had left quite quickly.... however on this occasion it was so easy and the sales advisor was fantastic, he had all the knowledge and he quickly found out what our main needs were and then tailored everything to us....added bonus was just what a nice guy he was, it made the whole experience.

Walk into the store on a very hot day with my friend. We were tired to l8cate the entry to your sstore. Kim offer us glass of cold water and made us comfortable.

we were lookung for a sofa bed. we did not want a fouton, but thrre was one in the showroom, not at all like I remember foutons to be. The sales asdisrance showed us how eady it was to set it up. The sales assistant was not overpowering.

I loved the colour coding of the types of beds that were on show, it made it easier to understand what was available. As soon as I spoke to a member of staff and explained what I was looking for I got all the information I needed to make my mind up. The staff guided me without smothering me so I could feel comfortable to try the beds and pillows out at my own leisure. The person who helped me was very patient and tolerant with how I wanted to make sure I had chosen the right bed etc, right up to the last minute when I payed I felt like my customer satisfaction was the most important issue which I very much appreciated.

Staff were very very good, just could not fault the staff. Very good on product knowledge.

The sales assistant was very friendly and did not force me into a decission, she was very laid back and very helpful.
