The salesman was very helpful, pleasant and informative. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and of the facilities. There was a good range of beds to choose from.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted. She was polite, friendly, approachable and had a very warm personality. She made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions if I wanted to (at this point I didn't need to as I was just looking around). After 5-10 minutes of looking around, she came over again, offered myself and a friend a tea / coffee and asked if we needed any other help. Once giving her my budget and explaining the size of the bed I needed and what I was looking for from my bed, she kindly showed me 3 options she thought would be best for me. This was amazing as I didn't feel overwhelmed with information but her product knowledge was brilliant. She offered all of the extras once i had decided to buy the bed, but she did this in such a warm way, it did not feel as though she was pushing for a sale at all. I was very happy. I ended up buying a mattress and also the cover plans for the bed and the mattress. She explained all of the finance options and made the paperwork process as simple and quick as possible. The ladies name who helped was Kim.

On arriving the employees were really friendly, offered us drinks and showed me what was i looking for and also showed me alternate things related to my request. The staff was really helpful and I got what I needed.

I meet carolin when I went to the shop she welcomed me and I told her I want a bed and she took me round and I found one supper kings size bed which was very good beautiful and a worldre Melbourne 2 door which was nice as well and I talk to caroline about it and she had time to explain everything to me and I bought them and I was so happy about the goods and services.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly but did not harass us. We looked at the different items at our leisure.

The service was just right- we were allowed browse time and then were given assistance. Excellent product knowledge and friendly and personable. The choices were tailored to our needs and the whole family were included in the sale and the conversations with the dreams rep. All items were available and ordered with no fuss, problems or time delay. 10/10 for everything.. I hope the bed arrives and the delivery and installation is of the same high standard.
