Nathan smith greeted me with a lovely smile , and right from the start he was extremely helpful and if he couldn't answer my question-Ie: do they do a rub test on the fabric . He went of to find out and returned quickly with available information . Great . Made my purchase but wanted information about a mattress even though I wasn't going to buy he was very helpful. I'll ask for him anytime

Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Understood our needs and then helped to steer us in the right direction. Caroline was the lady that helped us and she made the whole experience enjoyable!

All our questions were answered, shop was well organised and layer out with the colour coding which helped alot. We were left alone to make the decision for ourselves rather than being followed around and being made to feel uncomfortable however when we needed assistance this was highly available.

I was met by the manager of the shop, Kim, who was very helpful in a very pleasant and non-intrusive way. She obviously knows her stock and the best type of mattress for the customer. She had to go into a meeting and Nathan took over the final stages of the purchase. He was also very pleasant to deal with, making me a cup of tea as I had had a difficult morning. Everything was explained to me regarding the purchase and its delivery. The whole experience was a delight and I think other stores could learn a lot from your staff.
