We made three visits in total and each time we were helped by Nathan Smith ( ref 260) who was just excellent. Really helpful without being pushy, he was the reason we returned to the store and eventually made the purchase.

Lovely lady served us. Can't remember her name but she went above and beyond with my step dad who was ordering a single bed since my mum went into a residential home. He's hard of hearing and she was very patient and caring. Please give her some thanks from us and a bonus

The gentleman in store took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the right mattress the sales process was easy, efficient and friendly.

Caroline was extremely helpful. She provided sound advice about the types of mattress we should test and gave us plenty of time to try these out and ask questions. Her attention was enough to be nearby to answer questions but far enough away to not feel pressured to purchase. She was great.

Good product and good assistance

From the moment we entered the showroom, the advice we received, the purchase of the items, and leaving the showroom, we were made to feel valued customers, the staff we were very polite and courteous, attentive, even the coffee and biscuits! What we also noticed was this is the way all customers were treated, 5star service, a fantastic experience.

The services we received was first class. Nathan was very help full and friendly. we would be very likely to return to dreams if we need to purchase a bed in the future as a result.

We were served by Shayak (Shaam on name badge) who made us have a great shopping experience. He was a genuine salesman who gave us honest opinions and different options to suit our needs, whilst offering us the best deals he possibly could. Sham saved us money and his attitude towards us played a big part in why we chose to shop with Dreams. Overall a lovely shopping experience and a great employee - very happy customer!

All colleagues within the store were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Amir the sales assistant listens to my needs as I have had major back surgery, and found the right bed for me. Also Kim the store manager made us coffee, which made it a very good shopping experience with the Dreams store.
