We were welcomed on arrival, everything was explained in detail to us re what the different colours meant on each bed, offered to grab a pillow and test. Offered a hot drink which was very welcomed, allowed to try any beds wasn't constantly bothered by the sales assistance, which was very nice he allowed us the time we needed to select the correct matress

friendly, knowledgeable staff. did not feel being pressure to make a purchase.

The salesman, Nathan Smith, was very informative, even bringing a small item of furniture from floor one to ground floor to show me what was available.

I had purchased from Dreams previously and I liked the layout of the store, the ease of choosing a suitable bed and mattress and the knowledge of the staff. We purchased without any pressure and were satisfied that we had explored all the options available.

Friendly atmosphere in store in Watford with staff friendly but not pushy. When assistance requested Nathan Smith was competent and very helpful from demo and talking about product features right through ordering process. Very enjoyable experience feeling valued as customer, thank you

We were looking for a mattress for my adult daughter and didn't know where to start. The sales man was very patient with us and started by showing us a middle of the range mattress. We were then shown both a more expensive model as well as a cheaper one, and felt no pressure at all to purchase the more expensive one and were encouraged to base our choice solely on comfort.
