Dreams - Watford

I went into Dreams not knowing anything about the right mattress or what bed is best for me, but as soon as I walked into the store a colleague, who was so friendly and welcoming came up to me straight away. He let me know about all the products on offer. Not only did he show me the machine that scans me for the right mattress but he also showed me a variety of other different mattresses, beds, and pillows. Showing me exactly what I didn’t even know I wanted. The colleagues name is Fran and he made sure to give us the space we needed to decide, always checking in with us from time to time to check if we were alright. I have never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere else ever. The store was so nicely set up that it made it so easy to compare all the options that were presented to me. Covid safety measures were taken into account and made my visit a lot safer. I can go on and on about how great my experience was, especially as a first time bed and mattress buyer. I am so glad that I chose Dreams as my option.
