Very friendly staff, very helpful and informative. As first time buyers of a mattress we received a lot of information about the right mattress for us. There was also a great promotion in store so we upgraded from a double to king size mattress which will be deliver in less than 2 weeks!

I received great service with your helpful staff. I was directed to the mattress test and guided to several mattresses to test to guide me to the best mattress/pillow to me and offered a couple of different pillows to use when testing mattresses. Whilst thinking about whether I wanted the firm/medium mattress I was offered a drink and some time to ponder by decision without any pressure.
