After visiting three competitors i found Dreams to be the most helpful, most knowledgable about their product base, have exactly what i was looking for and was very competitively priced. I look forward to receiving my product.

I was served by a very friendly store clerk who was very knowledgable about the products and took the time to get to know my needs, I didn’t feel pressurised to buy there and then which relaxed me. The store was clean and modern and well laid out, overall I enjoyed my visit and I look forward to my mattress to be delivered.

I found the assistant Shah a credit to Dreams in Watford. He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy like some assistants. I found the bed I wanted straight away and sorting it out was quick and painless. I will definitely come back again if I need to get another bed.
