very satisfied with the customer service. the only thing let me down was the delivery date as it was a few weeks wait.

the member of staff was friendly and attentive without being pushy. she gave us time to have a good look around and gave us all the space we needed

We were able to try all the specific beds we were considering, but more importantly, the advisor who helped us was brilliant. She was cheerful, patient and very good at sharing her knowledge to help us reach what we hope will be the right decision (we haven’t had our bed delivered yet!).

I came to the Watford store to order my mattress, paid the deposit and booked the delivery. A few days later I needed to change the delivery date, I did this over the phone & paid the balance. On Monday I found out they had cancelled my delivery date as my payment hadn't gone through until the Monday. I was not happy about this and emailed to complain. I was sent 4 Silentnight pillows as compensation.

Our sales assistant, Amir, was very knowledgeable and likeable. He put me and my partner at ease and had all the answers to our questions.

Caroline at the Watford branch asked useful questions and gave good simple well judged advice allowing me time to check what was right for me and make an informed choice with her welcoming and friendly servce throughout.

We had amazing customer service from ‘Roy’. Very knowledgable, and felt in no hurry. Was able to decide in good timing. Felt confident we chose the perfect items.

If it wasn't for the nice lady Kin validation code 260 i would have left but she was so so helpful nice friendly
