The staff was very warm . Darren knew what he was selling and understood our needs immediately. He did nitbimposr his choice on us and let us take our time in deciding what is best for us

Caroline was so helpful and did not push us on anything just advised us extremely well

Call in during week to see if Bed frame was in store but was only on line the two ladies were so helpful and said would be back with husband,Called back in today to place order and both ladies Caroline & Stacie both remember me, there knowledge was excellent would shop there again.

Received help advise while in store at Watford, order was placed with ease and no issues as yet. Delivery has been delayed as my carpet still needs to be fitted. Cannot comment on product until I have delivery in July.

I found what I was looking for with the help and the assistance of a very highly skilled and friendly salesman.

Roy was lovely! He approached us shortly after we entered the store but was not pushy at all!

The sale assistant was very helpful, not pushy but gave us all the information we needed
