the sales staff were excelent, Caroline in the watford branch was absolutely perfect, not to pushy, very understanding and extreamly helpful and knowledgeable (we went into bensons beds as well and they were the opposite), it was a very pleasant experience shopping in this branch and we will recommend to evryone and will shop with you again, thank you

Great choice of products, and a really helpful sales assistant in Shay: he wasn't pushy, he got us to try loads of different mattresses and pillows, and explained the differences so we were able to decide exactly what we wanted.

There was a good choice of mattresses and plenty of advice available with no pressure to buy the most expensive product.

Having visited your competitors there was a marked difference in terms of the quality of service we received at Dream - patience, care, depth of knowledge and willingness to guide. It was so positive and made it a much more fun experience than I had been expecting. You could also see that the people in the Watford branch worked as one team.

We had done research on your website, and phoned the store prior to visiting. Caroline remembered what I had said and took us immediately to the bed we were interested in and provided pillows. She was very helpful not only with the mattress but with the pillows, headboard and sundry items.

Nathan Smith was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. He listened to our needs and engaged with us in a genuine manner. The store manager was also prompt to assist. We felt like valued customers.
