Dreams - Watford

We were very impressed with our experience of Dreams today. The choice of beds and matresses were vast and the customer service was excellent. We were intending to go to John Lewis afterwards as had already found a matress we liked but decided we preferred our choice and experience at Dreams. We were greeted by Nathan Smith and he was extremely helpful and suggested we use our own specific pillow when trying out the matresses. He was also very informative about the matresses we were interested in and then left us to try out the different types. At no time did we feel under any pressure to purchase. After an hour or so we had made a decision and he went through the various options and the whole process was quick and straightforward. Looking forward to receiving our new bed and matress in a couple of weeks.

Amazing products and well mannered customer service

Being from the US it's seemed difficult to understand the bed sizes and prices. Your store in Watford was an amazing in helping my family our.

The sales person was very personable, friendly and professional, He knew his stuff and took the time to understand our needs and offered us the option of taking a bed frame that was cheaper from the one we looked at as the older version of the same frame was in stock and saved us £200!! The only difference between the frames was style of legs which didn't matter to us being a young family saving some cash was more important so credit to your sales person for understanding this

I was given very good advice by Nathan Smith who helped in making my choice in purchasing the correct mattress for me and my husband. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel that nothing was too much trouble.

On arrival was met by a member of staff, polite and very good knowledgeable with regards to what I needed Did have great knowledge of items, which gave a better outcome

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist meanwhile not being pushy to sell me more stuff.

Was not hassled by the staff,Caroline was very helpful and knowledgeable,and made it a good experience.

Roy was excellent with his customer serviceduring our visit. - he turned the music down in store for my mum who has hearing problems - he was very friendly when we entered - he helped us to find the perfect bed - he was patient and understanding despite us taking our time whilst choosing - he took his time to take us through the order - made us coffees - probably more.....

Caroline was really helpful. We did not feel rushed and she took time to understand what we were looking for.
