Dreams - Watford

The member of staff who served us (Caroline) was very respectful giving us room and time to discuss amongst ourselves what Mum wanted to do. She was very knowledgeable and even made us a cup of tea.

The assistant was very helpful without being pushy . Shayak was informative and allowed me to try each matterss and offered to take my purchase to the car.

We were greeted and shown where to find everything in store as soon as we walked in. My 5 year old daughter was offered a drink and biscuits to keep her happy and all staff made her feel special and included in the process. Callum, who dealt with us and took our order was extremely friendly, funny and helpful. He listened to all our needs with regards to the bed and mattress we were looking for and with our budget. He explained everything fully and let us take our time trying different mattresses out with no pressure. Absolute pleasure from start to finish.

When we visited the store in Watford we were made to feel welcome. Yet at the same time not pestered in any way. Nathan Smith is a credit to your company and we would certainly be using Dreams again. Nathan was by himself in the store that day but he still went above and beyond to meet the customers expectations. Even though he was busy with another customer he kept us informed and at ease. Offering not only coffee and biscuits but also one of his own personal drinks. Nathan impressed us both with his excellent product knowledge on the flaxby range of beds and mattresses but also his open and friendly approach.
