Dreams - Watford

I entered the shop with only one person visible to serve ... but he was serving someone who was taking forever ..... he politely excused himself and said a colegue would be with me shortly .... I saw what I wanted chose it and had the whole paid for in 15 minutes .... I was so impressed I even bought stuff extra that I would not usually do ... Mind it’s not been delivered and put together yet so I hope it will end satisfactory cheers 🥂

The staff were very friendly and helpful and new their products. Their knowledge was good.

From entering to leaving the store, this was a pleasant, easy and stress-free experience. We were greeted in a friendly manner by a female member of staff. she was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the different types of mattresses and how to identify them in an easy to understand way. She asked us if we'd like a drink and gave us a pillow to take around as we looked at /tested the mattresses. The store was spotlessly clean and pleasant to visit. The male member of staff who took our order was equally polite, friendly and knowledgeable as his female colleague.

Received excellent assistance from Roy at the Watford branch, good advice on the mattress. A range of mattresses were available to try.

We had a previous dreams mattress which we were very satisfied with. We only had it for 2 and a half years but as we moved house amd had more room we wsnted to get a king. Roy who assisted us with the new purchase from the watford branch helped us out and we found the same mattress in king size along with a new bed frame and headboard. He quickly got us a price together and delivery was 1 week. Very pleased.
