The salesman Nathan Smith was friendly and helpful.

The asistant was there to help and left us to discuss things on our own. She came back to help with some points and was clear and frank as to what we should do. We placed our order and were especially pleased with the way you are able to collect the old bed.

This was the first time we visited Dreams, the staffs were really friendly and helpful. They let us try all the mattresses without putting too much pressure on us. On our second visit we ordered the mattress we wanted. Everything was straight forward. It was a pleasant experience.

This was the first time my husband and I went mattress shopping and I was a little anxious about picking the RIGHT bed. The member of staff who greeted us was great, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. we narrowed the choice down very quickly and she sorted out the delivery very efficiently. We were extremely pleased with how quick and easy the process was. Delivery was perfect in the time frame I was told. We've slept on our bed now for a week now and it is super cosy. Thank you.

The shop assistant knew her products and started us off trying different bed types. When I was hopping from one bed to another there was no urgency to get me to make a decision. She was very helpful and offered us all a drink. Her knowledge regarding the manufacture of the beds was fascinating. It was good to know that she passed on her knowledge about it to us and we in turn could tell our friends and colleagues about the construction too. All in all a good experience.

On the first visit to the store the staff member explained all the different types of beds and we tried them as we went thenthey left us to try the beds on our own. I don't like it when people follow you in the store as it is awkward trying beds, the staff give you plenty of space.

Great assistance, it’s the first bed I bought myself and took me almost 1.5 hours to choose a mattress but the assistant was more than happy to stay and advise and didn’t seem like I was holding him up. He was very patient and I am not great at decision making, even took a display down for me to see the colour of it against the bed frame so I could picture it against my wall, overall fantastic service.
