Highly satisfied. Approached by Assistant who gave us a lot of information about the Eve bed we were interested in.I liked the fact that he then left us, to discuss amongst ourselves about the bed. I hate it when the Assistants hover over you. He also offered us coffee or tea. ( The coffee was delicious). Assistant top marks. Highly pleased with the service. Thank you Dreams.

Callum and Nathan were extremely helpful. Showing us which beds to try along with what pillows to use. Made the whole experience easy for us as at first we didn't have a clue where to start! Very satisfied and will go back next time we need a new mattress! Thank you very much!

Callum was very helpful from the moment I entered the store. I wasn't sure what type of mattress i wanted so we established what my needs were (side sleeper, back and neck pain etc) and my budget (originally £500). Although memory foam is usually recommended for me I explained I was not happy with my existing hybrid mattress. Callum narrowed it down to a choice of three mattresses, 2 hybrid and 1 pocket sprung. He gave me plenty of time to keep trying them (whilst reminding me to bring my pillow with me!!). Finally I decided on the pocket sprung with the view that I could always purchase a good memory foam topper if needed; he showed me the best quality one they had for £200. He explained about the service plan which I wasn't sure about initially as I was already spending over my budget but along the free mattress protector I though thhis was a good deal! I paid a deposit of £265 and decided to to pay the rest on interest free credit over 10 months. Although it took a bit of time to go through the details at the end, I was offered a hot drink and had a nice chat! Overall a very pleasnt experience and I am hoping for a better nights sleep.
