Spent a long time in other stores looking for 4 high quality mattresses. Paid two visits to the Watford store. When I returned with my wife, your assistant, Caroline, remembered me from the first visit and the products I was looking at. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, 10/10 service.

Caroline was very knowledgable about the various products and answered our questions and helped us understand our purchase.
