The assistant Roy spent time with us and he made us extremely welcome. He had very good knowledge of the mattresses that we were pacifically looking for. We did not feel pressurised which we found really good. He gave us all the answers we needed. Thank you.

Took time to understand and help, without being pushy

We needed a new bed and were confused by all the different types now available, so were pleased to be informed of the different mattresses and able to lay on as many beds as we chose.

The sales assistant was friendly and knowledgeable he did not push it into purchasing any items he made it about our choice not his.

Staff were very helpful and efficient in both understanding our needs and recommending a product which fitted them. The overall sales process was also very quick and efficient.

Wide choice of beds ,coffee was welcome and as we spent quite some time in store the clean toilets were appreciated The assistant was very helpful, not pushy but there when we needed assistance.

There were products to meet our requirements and a member of staff immediately available to take our order.

Good sales product knowledge with common sense approach by salesman

Darren, the store manager, was so helpful and accomodating. He was able to answer any question that we had and his knowledge of all the products was vast helping us to compare and pick the best item for our needs.

We were served by a lady called Caroline who was very knowledgable and patient with us. Made us a couple of drinks as we were in the store for a hour.
