Dreams - Watford

We were greeted by a delightful gentleman, Stefan, who immediately made us an excellent mug of chocolate which was delicious! He explained all the different options available and it was not long before we decided on the mattress and base we needed. We were extremely impressed with the way we were dealt with and would like our feelings to be conveyed to Stefan personally. Thank you.

The no it's I entered a young man Stephan, asked me if I needed help, without badgering me. Then I explained why and exactly what I am after, Stephan showed me to the beds and mattresses most suited for my requirements, explained everything I detail and answered my questions thoroughly too, allowed me to take my time on testing without getting irritated... OH and BIG BONUS A CUP of CAPPUCCINO was just what I needed as I'd been out bed shopping mission and to get it RIGHT.

Welcomed immediately we stepped in the showroom. Offered a drink. Everything explained extremely well. Most pleasant salesman - Stefan. Made our choice easy.

Stefan was vey helpful and knowlegeable and not pushy which would have made my shopping experience less pleasurable. He made very helpful suggestions on the type of matress we needed and his sales style was excellent... would definately return again to Watford store again

Stefan our salesman was extremely helpful and once I explained I had a spinal problem consisting of metal rods and screws holding my spine together he went on to explain that if for any reason the mattress was uncomfortable after we accepted delivery we could contact the store or him to arrange a replacement.

Amir the consultant knowledge was very impressive and an overall very enjoyable shopping experience
