Dreams - Watford

We went in on a busy Sunday afternoon with our tired 5year old son. We were greeted and then asked of we wanted help. The sales assistant showed and explained to us the different types of maTtresses and which ones he felt would suit us. He didn't seem annoyed that my husband and I had different needs and that our son wanted to try every bed! He even brought him some water upon request. In the end we decided we needed more time to decide on the size so we went home without making a purchase and never felt pressured to buy on the spot.

We were highly satisfied because the staff member was very polite ,went out of his way to show and demonstrate the goods available to us and seemed to be very knowledgeable on the items ,offered us tea or coffee also,nothing seemed to be to much trouble.

Shay was so helpful and seemed to understand our needs. He came across as very knowledgable. Appreciated the coffee too!

Very impressed with the member of staff called Stefan. We needed pillows and he was so helpful, letting us try loads of them until we found the ones we wanted.

Both Callum and Shayak gave enough time to understand our needs, understood what we were after and made few suggestions which led to us finally changing the product that we had originally had decided to buy for something else which they convinced us rather convincingly is more right fit for us. Many thanks for that. Besides, we were put at ease, served coffees, our kid was taken care of ...overall great experience.

Friendly knowledgeable staff took us through a range of mattresses to suit our requirements, overall a pleasant visit.

The salesman,Darren,was informative,friendly and did not employ any hard sales techniques

The assistant was extremely helpful and courteous in the purchase of the cabinets. However the other assistant on a previous day when I was attempting to purchase a mattress was regrettably not able to give me a price which would have been acceptable. The mattress that I required was subsequently purchased on the same day from one of your competitors

The store assistant was helpful and knowledgeable he also let me try all the different mattresses to found the best one for me.

Wide range of headboards and an assistant who was very personable and knowledgable.
