Dreams - Watford

Caroline served us in the Watford store, she was not pushy at all unlike some of the staff in other stores we visited yesterday afternoon on the retail park in watford.

The staff were very polite and very helpful and made it very easy I returned the next day to change my order and again the staff were very helpful and made the process very easy

Sales person very friendly, but not at all pushy, which is my favourite type of sales person. Excellent product knowledge.

Very pleased with the manager (Darren) who listened to us and then took the time and the benefit of his knowledge to help us buy beds.

The salesman Shayak was very friendly; he showed me all the options in buying the mattress, duvet, and pillow I bought. I was allowed to try all the different types of mattress, and pillow, and he was very informative and charming. It made the whole event a fun adventure.

The assistant was very helpful , patient , knowledgeable about the products and gave us time to make up our minds .

Friendly to the point service by our advisor. This is the 4th time we have purchased from this store so that says something in itself

Overall friendly staff, great range of products, really enjoyed trying out the mattress finder which it certainly felt like it worked as my partner and I both agreed on the comfort of the beds
