Incredible customer service from Caroline at the watford store. helped with bed and divan selection then trouble shooted whilst we considered our purchase. really made a stressful purchase easy

From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel welcome. Stuart the deputy manager greeted us. He was down to earth, spoke to both me, my husband and our 10year son. He was knowledgeable and relatable. We never felt under pressure to buy and he made the whole experience a pleasure. The store team were all very welcoming and friendly.

As soon as we entered the shop your salesman was very friendly asking us for our requirements. He showed us to several beds explaining in detail the difference in the quality. We soon found what we were looking for. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the product he was selling.

I visited the store in the morning and found what I was looking for but was unsure what my son wanted. I came back 4 hours later the assistant and manager recognised us and helped us with our order, pleasant staff and order placed. Would highly recommend this store an dstaff

Caroline, the salesperson was extremely professional and efficient. She spent time understanding our needs and, having established which bed was most suitable for us, she showed us a range of beds which could be delivered in our time frame. We’re moving house, which is stressful. Our experience on Saturday morning, however, was a joy! We came away thoroughly satisfied. Thank you Dreams!
