Dreams - Watford

As a disabled pensioner I was greeted by the store manager and asked about my general needs. His knowledge of the mattress I required was second to none, and spent time with me shortlisting and selecting the right one for me. I was surprised by the price and the value for money and the turnaround for delivery, so will be enjoying my new bed sooner than I anticipated.

Friendly staff, good selection of beds.

We spent quite a while trying out different mattresses and making a decision. Roy was very patient and helpful and not pushy. He was available to help but not intrusive. The mattress we chose seemed very comfortable and good quality.

I put off bed shopping for a while as I anticipated the process to be very stressful. However I was blown away by my experience & it turned into a fun day out with Mum! As soon as we arrived I was blown away by the amazing products by the entrance. Shortly after I was blown away by the friendly greeting of Callum, who I must say was fantastic and without his knowledge, patience and kindness, I wouldn’t have felt so trusting to buy my bed. I was so impressed by the mattress machine which I tried out whilst Mum enjoyed a cuppa made by Callum. Upon getting my medium results it made it an easy decision to get the Johnstone K (yippee!). But what I fell in love with was the Hugo K Black Nickel bed. I have now got the princess bed I always dreamed off! We debated whether to get double or king size but I eventually decided on the king. Huge shout out to Callum for all his help and assistance. He was honestly fantastic and we couldn’t have been happier with the service. The college was very helpful and he has really good knowledge about all mattresses etc

I found the customer service very good. The woman greeted us, introduced herself and made herself available but was not pushy and trying to make us look at every product. Very helpful and knowledgable and introduced us into technology to obtain the right mattress.

The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgable and efficient.
