Darren was everything we wanted in a customer service assistant and more, we couldn't have asked for anyone better! We were given the full experience and it was very much enjoyable and much easier and quicker than expected. Would definitely go back if I needed anything more.

I was given a lot of help which I needed because I knew so little of what I needed to look for. That assistance, from Caroline, was very helpful.

The overall selling process of any product is to understand customers’ need and explain the pros & cons of the product. I used Dream’s Bed in 2015 and I am very thrilled to say that Dream as a brand has continuously & consistently over a period of time. More interestingly, the Dream’s representative explained the product in an excellent manner. I am highly satisfied.

Tyrone took the time to listen to what we wanted, he gave excellent advice and offered different options for us to try in store. I felt that Tyrone gave the perfect example of how customer service should be. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything yet he talked me into buying a lot more than I intended too. I have found this seriously lacking in a lot of places recently where everything seems sales driven and not a lot of thought is given to the customer.

I firstly saw a gentleman called Darren, who was extremely helpful, seeing as l suffer with COPD and find it difficult to talk, but he persevered with me and finally gave me three options which he printed off for me so as l could consult with my daughter. Today l spoke with Tyrone, who took my order and was exceptionally understanding again with my difficulty in talking because of bad breathing. He was also very helpful and l feel went far and beyond the call of duty to make sure l was happy even to the point of he was going to actually visit my home with my final invoice, but l drove to the shop anyway. I thank all the staff at Dreams and will certainly shop there again if l need any bedroom items in the future
