I didn't have a clue where to start and was walking around rather aimlessly, lying on random beds. Caroline, who had originally approached us when we first came in, saw that we were struggling, came over again, and showed us the sleepmatch machine. This quickly narrowed down our choices, and we purchased a bed that evening. Before that, I thought we would probably have to come back a few times.

I'm disabled, mobility issues with knees, legs & spine. I went in some other stores as closer to me, I was followed around and they tutted & sighed the entire time as I insisted on trying nearly every mattress, some a few times. Caroline in your Watford store explained the different types to me, explained the colour coding to me, and asked if we needed further help or to be left to it. I'm one of those people who will hobble out if people are my derriere so said leave me to it. She seemed to look over every now & then to keep eye on me. When I asked. she was over straight away. SHE WAS LOVERLY!

Caroline from the watford branch was FANTASTIC! Didn’t feel pressured into buying a product, she listened to our needs and showed us a selection on products. We ended up buying exactly what we wanted. Very happy with the service!
